Key Objectives:
• Promote equal access to education, employment, healthcare, and public services for Deaf people in Timor-Leste
• Develop and strengthen Timor-Leste National Sign Language
• Empower deaf youth, women, and community members through leadership and skills development
• Increase public awareness on disability rights, deaf culture, and inclusion
• Advocate for communication accessibility and equal participation of persons with disabilities
• Strengthen community participation and representation of deaf people in national development processes
• Support inclusive education and interpreter development in Timor-Leste
